Overall, Perk Payroll serves its purpose well, but I feel the automated reporting features could be more robust and customizable. Currently, it takes more manual effort to extract specific data than I’d like. On the service side, however, Gopi has been fantastic. He was incredibly patient during our transition and provided the technical clarity we needed to keep moving forward. The software needs some polishing to match the high level of service Gopi provides, but his support makes the experience much smoother.
